Pack 3 is looking for first graders to join our Tiger Cub Den

Would you like to join the scouts of Pack 3?
In our scout pack we help each boy build character. Our activities foster self reliance through fun, entertaining activities. Some examples of activities our Tigers have done are:
· Visiting a local radio station,
· Walking the Taughannock Gorge Trail,
· Attending a B-Mets Baseball Game in Binghamton,
· Touring the local Sheriff’s station
· Participate in the annual pinewood derby
· And much more!!

Details, details….
We will meet once each month for Pack meetings (where all dens come together to share and celebrate.) Each den will meet one or two times each month as well.
This program is open to all boys in first grade.
Meetings are held from September through the first week of June.

Recruitment

As school starts back it is our time that we recruit kids into our pack. Although this is not the more traditional scout time to recruit it is for us. As far as our pack goes we believe recruitment is a ongoing thing. Our recruitment date is set for September 26th. The location is The American Legion Post 770 located in the village of Trumansburg. The address for the legion is 4431 Seneca Road. time for the sign up will be starting at 1:00 p.m. and will end around 3:00 p.m.. All children in the grades first through fifth grade are welcome to come and join. Hope to see you all there to start off our year.
